This session will explore Prosci’s ADKAR model and how it fits into your overall change management strategy. Whether you are at the outset of a big digital change, or spinning up new workloads in a new division of your company, how technology impacts the people you need using it (and the challenges these impacts may present) needs to be top of mind. We will take a look at the meaning of each of the five ADKAR building blocks that bring about successful change, and also get a sense of how they intersect with your implementation project, overall strategy for implementation and ultimately adoption of your digital investment.
